. History and origins
The Balinese are native to the United States.
Some legends make a holy cat of the temples of Southeast Asian countries. But his name was chosen referring to the elegance of Indonesian island dancers. The Balinese are actually associated with the Siamese; A natural genetic mutation has produced semi-long superstitions in Siamese litter.

The Balinese are an active, lively and fun cat. He is a cuddly cat, very attached to his master that he can follow everywhere. He is even qualified as a talker as his meows may be numerous to demand your attention and charesses, like the Siamese. He likes to be satisfied and does not mind physical exercise. He climbs, jumps and is a very intelligent cat.
He will appreciate the life inside – as long as there is something to climb, play and hide – as much as life in the countryside, with a large garden at sunset.

This cat has a long body with an elegant figure. It has all the characteristics of a Siamese, except the coat. The Balinese wear a mid-length coat without an undercoat. It does not wear a ruff but the abdomen and tail are more spacious. The eyes are intense blue. The head is shaped like a triangle and the ears are large and wide at the base. Its limbs are long, and its bone structure is smooth.

Like all medium-sized cats, Balinese fur needs regular brushing to prevent knot formation.
